The rehearsal service
aceyourcall provides AI interview practice, private team calls, transcripts and feedback. It is independent of Y Combinator, a16z Speedrun and any named interviewer. An interviewer reference is preparation context, not the actual person or their voice. Feedback may be inaccurate and is not an investment decision, admission prediction, or professional advice.
Access and fair use
The community service is free while sponsored capacity is available. Availability, duration and usage limits may apply. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend abusive use or pause the service when capacity or funding is exhausted. These Terms do not enroll you in a paid Mostly Right subscription.
Your content and room
You keep ownership of your application and other content. You give us permission to process it as necessary to provide the rehearsal, transcript and feedback, using our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not save your submitted application to our database or files; it is processed temporarily in server memory and by our AI provider. Transcripts and feedback are retained as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your application or conversation for sales or marketing in this version.
Only upload material you are entitled to share. Avoid unnecessary personal information and third-party secrets. Each participant must agree before joining; a host cannot give another participant's optional permissions. Keep host and invite links private: anyone with a valid link can exercise its room permissions, including viewing the room's transcript and scorecard.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, harass participants, submit content you have no right to share, interfere with other rooms, or bypass access controls, fair-use limits or spending safeguards. Do not present an AI rehearsal as a real investor conversation.
Privacy and choices
The Privacy Policy explains the data we process and your choices. Optional improvement and sales uses are disabled. Contact us about earlier permissions or a privacy request.
Responsibility and changes
The service is provided as available. Review AI output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
We may update these Terms, displaying the new version and requesting renewed acceptance for material changes. Contact us about any concern before escalating a dispute; these Terms do not remove rights to use courts or regulators available under applicable law.
